wiggle wiggle

naima has started to roll over. it happened a few weeks ago the first time- we were laying in bed and she toppled over to me. but i was kind of leaning the mattress down with my weight, so i may not count it as an official roll. however, she has been rolling from front to back all on her on and all over the place as of the past couple of weeks. it goes so far that if i walk away for a bit and return she will be in an entirely different position. i'm talking upsidedown and sideways.

on another growing up note, she has also, supposedly, tasted her first solids as well. well, i tried her on some rice cereal a couple of weeks ago and deemed her not ready (since she is SO obsessed with other people's food). but tonight, i stepped out of the room leaving naima in her bumba chair with nevaeh while she was eating supper. when i returned naima was pulled out of her chair and nevaeh was exclaiming, "she wikes my bacaroni!" who knows how much pasta with cheese and peas naima actually consumed, if any, but nevaeh was certainly excited about it.
